We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has a great setup and the hot tub was an excellent way to unwind at night.

My husband and I were getting married and we decided that although we live just a few minutes up the road that some privacy before and after the wedding would be needed. I didn’t feel like I was near my home, it felt away from everything, no one bothered us and the place was great. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing, and we had everything we needed.

This place was incredible! Very private and such a cozy little cabin! Will be back again soon!

We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful time in nature to reconnect. The house was well stocked with what was needed and more. We had our choice of coffee makers, drip or French press, and there were even some non-perishable food items. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax. The hike to the creek was a little bit too steep for us, but we enjoyed walking around the back yard. One day there was a beautiful owl in the trees. There were also card games and puzzles for relaxing entertainment. Ashley was very kind and responsive when we contacted.

We had a great time at the cabin! Cozying up around the fire place and relaxing in the hot tub were highlights of the trip. There were plenty of towels for us to use for the hot tub which was super helpful. We also definitely utilized the grill which was great. 10/10!

The home was lovely and perfect for a spring break getaway! There is so much to do at the home. The kids loved all the outdoor sports equipment and the arcade game in the basement. We also had fun exploring the Berkeley Springs area. We would definitely recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's cabin. The place exceeded our expectations. There are so many thoughtful touches that made the place feel extra cozy. The wifi is a little spotty but that wasn't an issue for us. It was so nice to enjoy coffee on the front porch in the mornings. Barely any cars drove by during our stay which made it feel extremely private. We definitely would love to return when it's warmer to enjoy the firepit and more time outside. Highly recommend!

Mary's Cabin looked great in the pictures but was even more amazing in person! The bed and furniture were comfortable, the shower and bath were spacious, and the rugs and towels were plush. Everything was spotless and it was a perfect get-a-way spot for our wedding anniversary! It was perfect for 2 adults. It was so quiet and private which was amazing! Mary made delicious homemade muffins for us which were perfect for breakfast and so thoughtful! Even though we were in the woods we were still driving distance from Capon Bridge and Old Town Winchester which was great for food options for lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed Museum of the Shenandoah Valley which was also driving distance from the cabin (We spent a whole afternoon there exploring the museum, gardens, etc and could have stayed longer had it not been raining!) It rained most of our visit but we still enjoyed our stay because the cabin was so cozy! I highly recommend this cabin and hope we can come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and towels, soap, etc nicely laid out. We used the kayak on the river, and there was even life jackets available. Was close to city and restaurants. Would stay here again.

My friends and I have done a number of cabin trips over the years, and this was easily the best appointed cabin I have stayed in. There is clearly so much thought put into every detail of the design, making it perfectly charming and cozy! It is also extremely well maintained and cleaned, which can always be a bit of a gamble booking cabins online, so I was grateful for that. Well situated for getting to Harper's Ferry, but its so beautiful you'll want to spend all of your time at the cabin!

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

Great stay and location with our big family. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Emily was extremely helpful and responsive and helped make our trip memorable!

We had a lovely time visiting Ray’s cabin! Although the cabin is in sight of the house, the stay felt very private and offered a great view of the sunset. The property is a pretty quick drive to Paw Paw tunnel, and theres lots of lovely birdsongs to be heard in the mornings. We really appreciated the brownies Ray left for us on arrival, too. This was a great weekend trip and would definitely recommend!

The team was helpful and responsive. There was an issue with the charcoal grill grates but we were pleased that after communicating it to them they had the issue fixed in an hour by bringing new grill grates for us to use. We loved using their fire table on the back porch. Super easy to turn on and has a nice view of a stream in the backyard. One thing that we weren’t pleased with was the couch in the living room. We tried watching a movie there and found it to be uncomfortable and small. But that is just one small nitpick. Overall, we had a great stay!

We loved our visit at Sarah’s, hadn’t stayed in a rustic cabin for a few decades, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our goal was Harper’s Ferry, and the drive was easy. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect

Great communication and a perfect spot

Chris is an amazing host; friendly and considerate. He gave perfect instructions in great detail, and the cabin was easy to find. Upon entering, we were struck by an inviting woodsy smell as well as with how pristine, cozy, and inviting the cabin was. Everything we needed was right there, including enough wood for the wood stove and the fire ring outside. A great assortment of interesting books and games was located in the sitting room. We particularly enjoyed reading the comments, funny, and creative writings of former guests. It was so nice to unplug from the world for a couple of days. Both restorative and healing in so many ways. The perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We are so grateful to Chris and grateful for him providing such a sweet place for guests like us.

Everything was excellent and absolutely meeting expectations! We only wish the pricing was slightly cheaper for the smaller cabin we reserved. It was a great experience but could be maybe $25 cheaper.

We had a fantastic stay at Shawn and Nicole’s cabin! It was perfect spot for our family to relax after skiing each day at Seven Springs (less than 20 minutes away). The cabin is very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Down a dirt road, it was a beautiful, peaceful and quiet spot away from the crowds on the slopes. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Ash cabin and had an excellent stay. Everything was exactly how it was described and showcased in the pictures. The location was very convenient for us and worked perfectly. We will be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy getaway.
