Abbiamo soggiornato piacevolmente in questa casetta carina dove non mancava niente , punto di forza il bel giardino dove i nostri cani erano al sicuro in quanto il giardino è tutto recintato. Il quartiere è bello e vicino al centro,nei dintorni ci sono diversi market e il Conad, bar e pizzerie. Da non sottovalutare il parcheggio dentro la proprietà. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente nella speranza di trovarla libera ! Un grazie a Endri e Albana per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Das Appartement liegt ca 10 Minuten Spazierweg vom Strand entfernt und bietet in der näheren Umgebung alles was man braucht. Die Gegend ist sehr urig und man bekommt einen guten Einblick ins Leben in Durres. Das hat uns gefallen. Der Host war super freundlich und hat uns sogar vom Flughafen abholt und schließlich auch zurück gebracht. Wir konnten ihm viele Fragen stellen, die er schnell und klar beantwortet hat. Außerdem konnte er uns auch viele Tipps bezüglich Ausflügen geben. Wir würden Lejla's Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch! :)

A very good value for the money. The place is like in the pictures. Its not deluxe but it's clean. You have a bit of a terrace for you own use. It is very close to the south part of Durres beach with access to restaurants, shops and bus station. Its easy to reach by car and also you can keep car inside the courtyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night. I recommend it for people with children or solo travelers. Ergent and his family are very responsive.

We (family of parents and three grown children) stayed at Ester’s beach house in Lura 1 north of Durrës. The house worked well, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and pretty veranda. We spend many hours there. We faced an issue with the aircondition and the owner of the house called for a workman and stayed for the 3-4 hours it took to fix it, so that was taken care of in a very professional way. The house is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and a little supermarket. The beach is good with fine, white sand. The restaurants along the beach were so so, we found a restaurant a little further up the beach called Aqua (located in Lura 3), which we highly recommend, but also a bit more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay which we can recommend for a family and Ester is very easy to communicate with and replies fast.

Wir waren sehr zu Frieden mit der Kommunikation bishin zum Check In alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und das Haus war wunderschön und sauber.

Fint sted for de som vil på en familietur med barn, men også for en vennegjeng på party tur. Rolig område med fine strender i nærheten. Deilig pool der man kan avkjøle seg på varme dager. Perfekt med egen bar der man kan bestille eget ølfat. Vi var 6 stykker på tur og alle var fornøyde og kunne reist hit igjen

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa near Durres and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect: quiet, yet close to the sea and the city center.

Elio is heel erg gastvrij en prettig in de communicatie. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben er een supertijd gehad!

It was a very beautiful Airbnb, right in front of the beach. The host was really helpful and cooperative. I will recommend this place to stay whenever you visit Durres.

sono stata alla villa per un weekend tra amici per festeggiare i miei 30anni. ed è stato tutto bellissimo. la villa si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è quindi ottima per le feste perché non di rischia di disturbare la gente. la casa era ordinata e pulita. eravamo in 15 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. abbiamo anche fatto un BBQ, grazie ad Ercolano che in auto ci ha accompagnati a comprare il necessario. Leonora sempre reperibile e disponibile. mi ha consigliato chi contattare per il catering e le decorazioni, mi ha consigliato il numero di un taxi, ci ha anche permesso di posticipare il check-out. è veramente stato tutto bello!

Bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze, jak zresztą wszyscy Albańczycy, których spotkaliśmy w ciągu pobytu. Mieszkanie posprzątane, wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty dostępne. Prysznic lekko przeciekał, ale ręczniki były regularnie wymieniane, więc to nie był problem. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce, zwłaszcza za tą cenę.

Ermir was a great host. His place is perfect with the best view in town and beautiful beaches just across the street. The area is walkable and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Spar grocery store about a five minute walk. Communication was always great. Would recommend!

Total schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage direkt am Strand. Der Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent location just a few minutes' walk from the beach. A very quiet and relaxing area south from Golem, lots of buses go by on the main road if you want to get into the city. Fiqe and Gizem were super helpful and responsive whenever I had a question.

Ottima casa, vicinissima alla spiaggia a pochi minuti in macchina e una decina di minuti a piedi. Giardino perfetto e ben curato. È provista di tutti i servizi necessari. Ottima il raporto prezzo- qualita.
