The place was just like the pictures . It wasn’t far from places in uber . It was quiet , definitely would stay here again for a quick weekend gataway worth the price .

The location was nice and quiet, where I went to go party everything was close , Kariana’s response was quick and she was very professional! I would definitely book again 10/10

The Airbnb was super clean, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I loved my stay here! Host was very very accommodating I was so grateful, he let me check in earlier than my normal time due to my flight landing early..Getting inside was very easy , everything looked just liked the photos,he was very quick with responding to anything i needed! I can say the location of the area isn’t much to do but everything was very close with ubers etc not to far away other than that i have no complaints 5 star review all around! Highly recommend coming back :)

This home is one that comfortably accommodates one traveler, friends that can share a bed, or a couple. The host is communicative, the back yard is relaxing, and the bed is comfortable. The location of the Airbnb is close to the train station, grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and the Plaza de las Americas. If you have a vehicle, then the beach is an easy and scenic drive from the home. Have fun!

Loved the outside patio and the "in-door" smoking area. Perfect spot to chill and lay back after a day at the beach. Good location, nice and close to more popular areas around. Simple and cozy

I stayed at this apartment for over 2 weeks and would have stayed a bit longer, but it was already booked! Comfortable and cozy apartment, just as described. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Go for a walk any time, lots of people walking their dogs always. Nice 10-15 minute walk from planet fitness and grocery store. 15-20 mins drive to Condado, and right near major expressways. Clean with very new linens on every bed. Great A/C. 2nd floor (only 1 flight of stairs!), well stocked cookware and appliances. Would definitely book again. :)

Great place. My sisters and I loved it. Walked around the neighborhood and had some great restaurants with a 10 min walk. Food truck down the street. Overall great place to stay for our first time in Puerto Rico.

The host is responsive when contacted. The unit has large bedrooms; kitchen area. The bathrooms are tight, but doable (No-one is going to spend the entire time in the bathroom, right?) Furnishing in great condition, my family commented the beds were extremely comfortable. We highly recommend to all Airbnb users to check this one when in San Juan PR. Roads are tight to navigate thru, but manageable. Common noises found in neighborhoods -dogs barking; birds or frogs singing; trash pickup

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful beach from the balcony or out the front door. The elevators were fast and quiet, which somehow stood out (I hate waiting for elevators!) Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We'll be back!

Ruben’s place was very nice and as pictured. The view was amazing. Any issues was quickly resolved by Ruben super fast to respond. The hot water does take a while to heat up but it stay’s hot for a while. Security is really nice here and it’s a very safe place. Places to eat and drink with in walking distance. Uber rides to get around are super cheep. Pool was nice and chairs were available. Turtles snails and iguanas can be seen by the pool area. The kitchen I can’t speak for I didn’t use it at all. The fridge has a britta water container in it and also ice in the freezer. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Light sleeper bring ear plugs. You can hear all the outside noise but I loved it. Bed was comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Jhensen place! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out to me was Jhensens dedication to being available whenever I needed assistance. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and provided wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying here; it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for being such a great host!

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

What is not great about being on the ocean! The view, the beach, the city all from your roof top vantage point. This is just what it says. Description is spot on. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful location. Would highly recommend and wish to return! Thank you for sharing this peice of paradise with us!

Fue de último momento que buscamos lugar para estadía. Todo estuvo perfecto, nos hubiera gustado que el jacuzzi tuviera agua caliente solo eso. El lugar se encuentra rápido igual que hacer check in.
