I had the most incredible stay at Elsie’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the NYC skyline. The space itself was beautifully designed, combining comfort and style in the best way possible. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location was absolutely perfect, offering the right balance of peace and accessibility to nearby attractions. Elsie was a fantastic host, making sure everything was just right as well as responding within minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem!

Alan was such a great host. He responded quickly and gave great suggestions for places in the area to go to. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The instructions to get in the building and for parking were clear and made the experience very easy and convenient. We will definitely be coming back for future stays.

The place was great-clean and perfect size for the four of us. Close to bus and ferry to NYC. The only negative was there wasn’t much warm water so we did have a couple of chilly showers.

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

Nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) pour 6 nuits. Le logement est très spacieux, joliment décoré, à 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux mis à disposition. Jamie a toujours été très cordiale et très réactive face à nos différentes demandes. C'est un vrai point positif qu'elle habite à proximité. Notre avion a été fortement retardé, cela n'a pas été un problème d'accéder au logement de manière autonome dans la nuit. A savoir, pour les éventuelles familles qui souhaitent réserver : prévoir un budget pour les transports en bus vers New-York (en supplément de la carte métro illimité de Nyc) + le temps de trajet à inclure dans votre planning. L'avantage est de pouvoir profiter de la Skyline durant votre trajet ☺️

Super great. We are enjoy the staying in the apartment. The apartment has a beautiful view and is very convenient. The light rail is just downstairs. The host will reply super fast and try everything to help. This nice place is helping a lot in my trip.

Home was very nice, spacious, and clean. Location was perfect for catching the bus and train to the city. The home is also located within minutes of LGA which made coming and going such an easy task. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

El check in fue muy sencillo. Viajamos en un grupo grande y no todos llegamos juntos y Benjamin fue muy atento y dispuesto a tener la casa lista para el que primero llegaba (incluso aunque era algo antes de la hora del anuncio). Luego la casa es hermosa y muy cómoda por sus instalaciones y x la ubicación. Súper recomendable para quienes visiten New York pero no quieran estar todo el tiempo en una ciudad tan concurrida. Hoboken es tranquilo hay de todo. La casa está cerca de la terminal y cerca de la costanera con una vista de NY increíble. Si volviera a NY seguramente me alojaría nuevamente en Hoboken y de ser muchos incluso buscaría q sea en la casa de Benjamin y Amandine.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a dedicated parking was a huge plus. Looking forward to future stays.

Great host and place to stay. Host was very friendly and responsive. Our flight was delayed on Christmas Day and Yojaira permitted us to stay after check out. This was greatly appreciated alleviating the burden of finding storage for our luggage for hours. The place was inviting, clean, free of clutter. There were lots of throw blankets even though we didn’t need them because the place was super warm with radiant heat. All appliance looked new and there wasn’t anything in the fridge so we were able to fit leftovers from restaurants with ease. There are so many restaurants and convent stores within a ( minute walk (There’a Dunkin across the street). My family enjoyed Bella Trattoria’s Italian restaurant, the food was excellent. The owner was wonderful and made us feel welcome in the city. He even gave us travel tips for Manhatten. Commute to Times Square (25-30) by Port Authority bus 168 is located about 350 feet from front door, and only $5 a ticket.

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The stay was great, and the bnb was exactly as depicted in the listing. it is situated in the right spot so you are close to a lot of activities and location you may want to visit. It is only 25 min drive to NYC and it is conveniently close to major highways for easy travel. I would recommend!

Falaks place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and felt right at home. The price was also excellent for the area where we were staying.
