Renta de casas adosadas vacacionales en Naniwa Ward

Mi estancia fue una buenísima experiencia. Está al lado de la estación de Hanazonocho, que te acerca muy rápido a cualquier lugar de Osaka city. El lugar era amplio para una sola persona como es mi caso. Bien equipado, buen wifi, cocina lista para cocinar. Muchas pantuflas. Tiene un supermercado 24 horas grande a un minuto, y mucha zona comercial para compras de barrio. Dos lawsons a 5 minutos. Y restaurantes para desayunar a 5 min. Buenos sitios para comer. Dentro de la casa, al ser el final del invierno, la zona del baño estaba algo fría, pero se podía llevar bien. Vater no moderno pero suficiente. La comunicación fue poca, pero tampoco fue necesario pedir más indicaciones o consejos. Es un lugar que repetiría sin dudarlo. Me sentí como en casa, más que es un Airbnb de los de siempre. Perfect place to stay if you have a car. Free parking. HUGE place. Amazing. Really love this place. Wish I can stay longer than the one week we booked. I must come back and stay again. LOVE IT!

Domo arigato gozaimasu !!!!! Natsuko-san nous a permis de séjourner dans un appartement rénové traditionnel extrêmement agréable ! Très gentille dès son arrivée, elle nous a renseigné à plusieurs reprises pour différents besoins comme une arrivée un peu plus tôt que prévu nous évitant de stocker les bagages dans des lockers mais surtout pour envoyer une de nos grosses valises en avance à Narita Airport avec le service japonais de livraison. La personne au comptoir ne parlait pas anglais et elle n’arrivait pas à nous expliquer la procédure. Natsuko-san a été réactivé et disponible afin de l’appeler pour qu’elle soit notre traductrice. Nous serions ravi d’y séjourner de nouveau si nous en avons l’occasion 🤗

It was a really pretty house with plenty of space in the rooms and a lot of amenities. It was a little strange the distribution of toilets and showers, but it was definitely a nice option.

숙소주변이 조용해서 좋았습니다 안에도 조금 추울수있으나 1,2층 모두 히터가있어서 따듯하게 있을수 있었어요!

Zongpei was a very kind and proactive host. She immediately responded in all her communications. The place is less than a 5 minute walk to both the Osaka Loop line and the Midosuji line. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped.

Was warmly welcomed by this family. Very nice room, facilities and people. My only wish was that I would have stayed longer. Thank you for having me!

The best part about Yukari's place is how close it's to the train station. It definitely helped adventuring around Osaka a whole lot easier. Yukari was also extremely responsive and helpful. Communication was great. As for the place itself, it worked out perfectly for us. It didn't matter to us that the restroom was downstairs. The only issue we had was with the heater downstairs but the upstairs one worked great. Since it was cold during our stay, not having the heater downstairs was something we just had to deal with and we did. The place was also a little dusty but I noticed that everywhere in Japan. Even on the counters at the Tokyo station. Not sure why that was but the main used areas were fine at Yukari's home. Overall, it worked out great for us. If Yukari's place is available once we return, we'll definitely book here again.

The home was perfect. in a quiet neighborhood, close to the train and we'll appointed.

The townhouse is as described. It's in a residential neighborhood with a pharmacy next door and a Family Mart 30 seconds away. Also it's nice to be able to do laundry.

It was an incredible stay. The house was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and the house seemed newly remodeled. Chenli was an amazing host, he was very responsive and helped us arrange our luggage to be forwarded to the airport. We were also really close to the metro/subway stations too. I will definitely be looking for this place in the future again if I get the chance to come back to Osaka.

It was a short train ride to the main station (Namba), which gives you plenty of time to eat and see the sights. My other roommates enjoyed the bar and karaoke in the Neighborhood. There was also an acai place that we liked next door on the 6th floor. All in all a great place to stay if you are in the Osaka area.

Our family was very comfortable here, close to multiple train lines and convenience stores. Felt like we were in Japan rather than a tourist town. Our family had a bed each which was lovely. Toys for the kids and games were all used! Very clean and convenient, would stay again.

What an amazing property! This building has so much history in it, your trip will be enhanced just by staying here. I originally was disappointed we did not book a ryokan but Yaya's place had all the best features without the drawbacks of a hotel. It is located within a few minutes walk of both 7-11 and a train station so the location couldn't be more convenient. The interior is amazing and you really feel like you're living in another age. Highly recommended!

The place is very clean, tidy and so spacious for four of us. Also, it is so cozy and we felt like home straight away. Location is excellent and it only takes around 15 minutes walk to Umeda and Osaka train station. Leo is very responsible and frequently responds with messages. We had wifi connection problem and he sorted it out immediately. I highly recommend this place to someone who wants to stay in Umeda and explore Osaka.

A great place to stay for our group of 6. Clean, comfortable, great washing machine, friendly and responsive host, good value. Recommended!

I highly recommend Leo’s home. It’s located in an awesome neighborhood very close to Umeda. Despite its proximity to Osaka station the neighborhood is quiet and had a ton of cute shops and restaurants. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four. I highly recommend Leo’s home.

We loved our stay in Osaka! The home was located in a busy area but it was tucked away and quiet. Our group of ten had lots of room and everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay and we would recommend it.

今回の宿泊体験はとても快適でした。オーナーさんは親切でフレンドリーで、コミュニケーションもスムーズで、何か問題があってもすぐに対応してくださり、安心感がありました。お部屋はとても居心地が良く、ロマンチックな雰囲気で、細部まで女主人の心遣いが感じられ、清潔で整った環境に、まるで家に帰ったような気分になりました。 特筆すべきは、お部屋の照明デザインがとてもユニークで、壁の小さなライトが柔らかい雰囲気を作り出し、夜はメインの照明を消しても十分に明るく、むしろよりムーディーな空間を楽しめました。子供連れで宿泊しましたが、子供は壁のライトに特に夢中で、毎晩楽しそうに遊んでいました。 周辺の生活環境も便利で、大通りには深夜まで営業している中華料理店があり、夜食にぴったりでした。また、たこ焼き屋さんもあり、子供はそこの唐揚げが大好きで、喜んで食べていました。コンビニも近くにあり、日常の必要なものは全て揃うので、とても便利でした。 全体的に、今回の宿泊はとても満足のいく体験でした。お部屋の雰囲気、オーナーさんの対応、周辺の利便性、どれをとっても申し分なく、家族連れの方にもおすすめです！
