Clean and fully equipped accommodation. It is very well located for access to the Marmaray. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. The host is kind and very responsive in communication.

Apon arrival I was given clear video instructions on how to enter and exit the building. Apartment was clean when I arrived, matched the description. Overall enjoyed my stay here. If I had any questions or concerns (I was new to the country) I’d Message and get a response within 10mins everytime. Local shops and restaurants! Good internet! Whole building was clean! Can order food to the room, which was helpful! If I were to be fussy I’d say the Only fault is there’s a slight noise 24/7 due to the road but nothing to lose sleep over. Though for the location this is expected. Lastly, to the very helpful host I’d suggest having a welcome pack. Eg some cheap snacks and bottled water. Coming from the UK at first I wasn’t sure to do. But I soon asked for assistance and was reassured with recommendations of where to shop. I would go back to this place. Thought the price was reasonable.

3 adults and one teenager we were easily accommodated. Cozy place with everything needed including washer-dryer and adjustable heating. Close to transportation points and shopping areas Hüseyin was an excellent host—respectful, responsive, and always ready to assist.

We had an amazing stay at this stunning 3-bedroom apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the space was. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, with cozy beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage. The living area was perfect for our group, offering a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the dining area was spacious for our meals together. The apartment also had modern amenities, including fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and plenty of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for peace and privacy. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing us with helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect home base.

Как приятно, когда тебя ждут, особенно когда отправляешься в новую страну😊 Хозяин дома заранее все подробно описал, благодаря чему заселение прошло легко и без стресса. Район — тихий, спальный. Сам дом — чистый, уютный, просторный и полностью оснащён всем необходимым. Хозяин всегда был на связи, с готовностью отвечал на все вопросы, всё терпеливо объяснял, помогал, и даже радовал нас чаем и сладостями! Очень добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный человек. Very nice apartment in a great location very close to Bagdat Cadde and the Sahil. Apartment is well furnished and very spacious and comfortable. Even though it is near some busy streets, it is very quiet. We loved it and we plan to return again at our next trip.

Büşra hanım’la tanışmadık ama kendisi çok yardımcı ve iletişim kurması kolay bir ev sahibi. Evi aynı fotoğraflardaki gibi. Güvenilir bir sitede, sessiz ve huzurlu bir dairede konaklayıp kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Ev çok temizdi. Evde her türlü kap kacak ve malzeme mevcuttu. Ev çok aydınlık, sıcacık ve konforlu. Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.

Konaklamadan keyif aldık. Kadir bey mesajlara hızlı dönüş yaptı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, manzarası güzeldi ama ev çok geniş değildi iki kişiydik ve bize yetti. Kadir beyin evini tekrar tercih edebiliriz.
