Had an amazing time with my family staying in this house, the house was bigger than we thought!, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are extremely big compared to other houses I’ve stayed in. A lot of chairs in the pool area. Some water toys available incase you forget. A lot of parking space for 4-5 cars. One thing that i really liked was that theres access to the pool area or balcony from almost all the rooms and theres a balcony in the backyard and another one in the front of the house both really big! … excellent home for a big family.

We had a great time! Felt comfortable and the quiet community was a plus. The pool was very clean.

We especially liked the design of the condo. There is a living room downstairs and one upstairs. Several families can have privacy with two living rooms. Very unusual. Never seen a condo like this. Very good idea.

We loved staying at Guy & Barbi's Airbnb! It's only a three-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect. The place looks great and feels super cozy, just like being at home. It had everything we needed, making our stay really comfortable. Guy and Barbi were super friendly and always there to help out. Definitely recommend this spot for a great beach trip!

Austin was one of the best owners I have ever dealt with. Wonderful location, clean, if anything the place was better than the pictures. Wonderful pool area, lots of seating, toys. I could go on and on, all I can say is this place is great.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The home is in a stunning location, just steps from the beach, with a private pool that made our trip even more special. It was the best of both worlds—relaxing by the pool during the day and enjoying sunset walks on the beach in the evening. The house itself was beautifully designed, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for lounging. The pool was a huge bonus—clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind after a day in the sun. Our host was friendly and responsive and even let us do a early check-in for free. Host made every effort to make sure our stay was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach getaway and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Melissa was wonderful from the start. Her willingness to accommodate and her communication was superior. We were in an unfortunate situation as our previous reserved Airbnb was compromised and we needed new accommodation asap. Melissa went out of her way to assist us and get us into her home asap. We were so grateful for the accommodations at Melissas. Everything one would need to enjoy the island was available. We especially enjoy having the golf cart to get around the island. Without any hesitation, we would stay here again!

Me and my family really enjoyed everything about the property. Johnny was a GREAT host. He was very responsive whenever something came up. I would recommend him and his property to anyone that will be heading to the area and is in need of a beautiful property to stay in. This was the perfect house for four adults and a kid, and could definitely accommodate more people.! The location is stellar with morning sunrise views and close to everything. The house has all the amenities needed including pool toys, kitchen items, etc. Kitchen was one of the best stocked Airbnb’s we’ve had and made it easy to cook our Christmas dinner. The pool was perfect and it’s just a short drive to the beach. I was nervous about whether they had blackout shades for our small child to avoid early morning wake ups, but the blinds they have in the bedrooms were more than sufficient. We visit the island every couple of years and would definitely stay again.

Lyly was a great host, from start to finish. I loved how she was able to accommodate my guest and I at last minute notice. I also loved the fact the she took time to include high chairs for the two babies on the list. We were all impressed by that attention to detail. I would highly recommend this beautiful place and we will most definitely be coming back.

We LOVED our stay. The house is so cozy and location is amazing. the pool is perfect for our family with 2 young kids. The backyard is so private, tropical, and you can hear birds all day. we swam nonstop and made many trips to the beach. The beach is just steps away from the house. We had travel issues at the airport and the host was so accommodating and helpful is a stressful situation. we made many memories here and hope to be back!

Overall this rental was way more equipped than most by far! The kitchen had everything you could think of and then some! All the extras were so appreciative such as beach towels, chairs, pool floaties, etc! The 3.5 bathrooms was a huge perk when sharing with a large group! Our boys and us loved the heated pool! You are 1 block from the ocean which makes it so nice to run back and forth. Beds were comfy and I appreciated the variety of pillows. Host was responsive each and everytime we sent an email and offered many helpful suggestions when we had questions! We had a small pool issue and it was resolved as quickly as possible! The only things worth mentioning were we did buy extra TP as the 2 rolls were not enough in each bathroom, extra garbage bags, additional pods if you’ll do more than 2 loads and cooking spray. Overall we had 6 adults and 3 kids and it exceeded our expectations! Would highly recommend to others!

Nos gustó mucho el Airbnb, muy familiar y muy agradable ubicación, excelente estancia y Patti siempre estaba al pendiente de todo, en la cocina viene un libro con recomendaciones de lugares para pasarla en familia y restaurantes, hemos estado ya ahí dos veces y volveremos sin duda alguna! 10000/10!

Daniel was a great host and described his home perfectly. We felt safe and very comfortable staying here for a month. We loved the pool and Hot Tub area. The location was perfect for us to go on walks and even walk to a couple of restaurants. The morning sunrises from the balcony was a favorite place to start the day off. Great pool, our favorite spot in the house! Courtney is very responsive for any questions, remotely adjusts the pool temperature to our liking. Plenty of room. We love this place!

My son and i enjoyed our stay at this cozy, clean and super cute little beach house, really close walking distance to everything; the beach, grocery store, restaurants and bars. We loved their outdoor patio area so much we sat out there every night and barbecued, also loved their reclining chairs in the living room, super comfy! beds were a little too firm but we had no problem getting used to them and slept very well. loved the water pressure in the shower! and so many amenities, nice warm blankets and fluffy towels, cold central ac in a nice and quiet neighborhood, we would definitely stay here again when in South Padre!

This was hands down the cleanest, best decorated and appointed, and well laid out Airbnb we have stayed at. IF I had to choose something I would prefer a king bed in the master but we knew that going in. Also wish the pool was heated but EVERYTHING ELSE was perfect. Had it not been March it wouldn’t have mattered at all. So clean and welcoming and great location. Hosts were responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend.

My family all came from different states and the weather was playing havoc with all of our flights. SPI was very flexible regarding check in times and who was checking at what time, making the rental the least of our problems. The house more the accommodated us all and the location is superb.

Como su nombre lo dice es una Casa Bonita, cómoda, limpia, amplia y agradable. Es un plus que cada habitación tenga su baño completo privado. La ubicación es muy buena, a una cuadra del mar y en medio de dos clubs de playa, que son los más conocidos de la Isla. Enfrente de la casa está un super mercado y buenos restaurantes y cafeterías. La recomiendo muchísimo!

Beautiful home right next to the beach! Absolutely loved our stay

We enjoyed the house and it is very dog friendly. The house was very cleaned. The beds were very comfortable, however the furniture is broke down and needs to be replaced.

My family and i had a wonderful time in SPI! I cannot say enough of the great Host Joe is. Super caring, humble overall just a wonderful human. The house is at the perfect location. Pool was super amazing!! Which was our favorite part of it all lol. We look forward to coming back as we do each year. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this home.
