Great location to restaurants and all the museums and monuments. Wonderful addition was the park and walking path around the corner. The place was very welcoming and relaxing.

Fantastic communication and entry directions with pictures made it so simple. Don’t be fooled by the exterior, this place is well appointed and spacious. Worked great for our three men going to a concert at The National. Easy walk and TONS of good spots to eat and drink nearby. Perfecto!!

The apartment is everything you see. Close to Metro and Reston Town Center. Wegmans being in the same building is a short walk downstairs. Hassen is very responsive with any troubleshooting issues in the building.

Tanishia was a great host, super responsive, flexible, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place as it has great amenities, is close to everything needed, and is very convenient. It's a beautiful place, I will definitely be returning for future trips.

It's a beautiful well-kept home in a nice neighbourhood. Joyce is a gracious host, and a pleasure to talk to. She left treats for our dog and fresh farm eggs for us. The Kitchen has everything you need, even spices. Thanks Joyce.

Great apartment. Super easy access into DC via train or driving, very spacious and clean. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Easy/good restaurants close by. Parking and check in process = all very smooth. Highly recommend w no hesitations.

Had everything we needed. The first lace was clean and exactly how the host described it! I had lots of questions prior, and she was so great at answering all of them quickly and courteously. She provided extra bedding for my kid to sleep on the futon and couch. Shower was AMAZING. Bed was comfy and the kids slept silently so I’m assuming they were comfy too! Will definitely book again when I need to stay overnight in the area!

This house was amazing my friends & I really enjoyed my birthday. It was enough space for everyone and the heated pool and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We really enjoyed staying here. We would like to rent again and try it during the summer time.

Paul’s place is wonderful & exactly as described! The beds are super comfortable along with the couches & other furnishings. We were able to walk down to Harper’s Ferry, we took several hikes & had dinner in nearby Shepherdstown, & Frederick. There is so much to do in the area. I wish we had more time to stay, especially to enjoy the house more 😊 Paul is a wonderful host & was very accommodating to a couple requests we had!

Such a lovely gem of a home! It was the perfect size for our large group of friends, and full of activities. Everything was in pristine shape, and the private dock is somehow even easier to access than I expected — just a single set of steps down, and you pass the cute and secluded fire pit along the way. Other highlights include the (multiple!!) basketball hoop arcade setups, and the movie theater room is just as good as the photos convey. The front yard is huge, too, perfect for organized outdoor games like football and kickball. The only minus I have is super trivial: the TVs in the home all had HDMIs but we couldn’t locate AV/S-Video ports, so there was no way to hook up the Wii we’d brought (for additional games like Mario Kart). Big thanks to Daniel for a 5-star stay. We’re already chewing on returning to this exact spot.

Our group of 12 had a fantastic time at Julya's waterfront home! The place was somehow even more charming and beautiful than the pictures, which was already a high bar to meet. It was also spotless and quite organized. We enjoyed the large dining table, we cooked all of our meals in the spacious kitchen, and the living room space was so comfortable for so many of us to sit around while still being cozy. The place also had so many amenities! We played Ping Pong and board games and made s'mores in the fire-pit outside. Julya was also responsive and accommodating and made the check-in/check-out process very easy. The beach nearby was beautiful, but our trip was a winter getaway so we didn't spend much time outdoors. I would highly recommend this place to a large group looking to spend quality time together, even in the middle of the winter!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it has even more amenities this time. Everyone loves the room to spread out. Ample bathrooms for guests. Very clean - actually smells new. Friendly and reaponsive host. We will be back next year!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Joel’s house exclamation our family came for a birthday get together for our two sons turning 37 and 39. We had an exceptionally great time. Even though it rained partially on Saturday and all day Sunday, we had planned to go to do different adventures those days like the waterpark, which is a wonderful option. Loved all the amenities and everything in the resort area. We arrive the day before Valentines so my husband and I did a date day with ski lessons and my son and his wife did a date night at Campfire Grill, which they loved, and the food was great Everything is very close to that location so we could almost just walk down the street and go to the snow tubing the skiing and in the spring many of the adventure park amenities. I just can’t say enough about the house and how well equipped and comfortable. It was for a large family gathering and our hosts were exceptionally responsive and very friendly. We hope to stay there this coming spring again.

Great Stay! Clean, had everything we needed, insanely beautiful view, very close to so many things to do, get a great cup of coffee or drink and eat. Highly recommend if you stay here, check out Broad & Porch Coffee Shop. The neighborhood was peaceful and remote. Comfy beds, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful rooms. There isn't much you CAN'T say about this place. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would give it 10. Well done! Highly recommend to anyone!

Chatty is a great host. The place is well located near the town center and lake anne restaurants and, of course, the lake! Chatty was very responsive about the few things we contacted her about.

Our family (6 people total) stayed for four days and spent our time at Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The complex is about a 5-8 minute drive from CW and Jamestown, about 25 minutes to Yorktown. Perfect location, plenty of food options in the area, and it's quiet and away from traffic. Tons of amenities including indoor pool, arcade, and mini golf, though we did not use those as we were very busy being tourists. The check-in process took a bit of time due to our room not being ready when we arrived, but we got it resolved within 30 minutes or so. The condo was far more spacious than we anticipated and included two kitchens, a bathroom for each room, and laundry in the room. Large kitchen table allowed us to eat together for breakfast, and the spacious living room was big enough for everyone to hang out at night. Overall a great stay, at a very reasonable price compared to the hotels at the historic sites!

We enjoyed our vacation, and the place was awesome. The place had great amenities, and the host was a great communicator. I would definitely recommend this place and host.
