I had a wonderful stay at this Airbb! The apartment was comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything right below the building-super convenient for dining, shopping, and more. The host was responsive and helpful, though the caretaker was a bit late during both check-in and check-out times. Despite this, I still had a great experience, especially enjoying the Netflix option for some downtime. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central, comfortable spot to stay! Will be back soon for sure!

Place is clean and comfortable

First of all, I want to give a shout-out to the host for being so accommodating with the check-in and check-out times. She was truly understanding and a pleasure to converse with. Secondly, I absolutely loved her place! The kitchen is well-equipped, although it’s missing a microwave. However, you can easily reheat food on the stove. There’s complimentary water, coffee, and toiletries, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning in the room was quite powerful, keeping it very cool even when set at 24 degrees Celsius. I also appreciated the mini balcony; it was quite breezy during my stay, making it a lovely spot to relax. Overall, this is a fantastic place that I would definitely recommend to family and friends. My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

Rhealyn was very responsive from check-in to check-out. Answered promptly to my inquiries and very quick to assist. Her place was as described-clean, complete amenities and supplies, very aesthetic - all my expectations were met. I needed a place to study and rest in between classes/work. i loved staying at her place. Will surely book again.

We initially booked this property because of the king-sized bed and location but it turned out to be so much more. The hosts were responsive and would make time to check in on us. They granted our requests and immediately solved some issues we faced. The unit is spacious, well-lit and well-ventilated. We like that it is situated in the corner so there’s privacy and space. The location is perfect, walkable to most areas in BGC. It has lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The area is safe and the staff of the building were friendly. The small fee payment for checking out late was understandable. We would recommend this airbnb to our friends and family, and would book again in the future.

📍Such a cozy spot! It’s got everything you need—complete kitchen amenities with utensils, Netflix for downtime, a bathroom with a laundry area on the side, and it’s spotless. The host is super responsive and really makes sure everything’s taken care of. Plus, parking is available, which is a huge bonus! The location is perfect too, with grocery stores, coffee shops, and tons of awesome restaurants nearby—Mendokoro is just a 10-minute walk, and you're close to Pobla for nightlife. The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

The place is cozy, nice and clean. Very responsive and accommodating host. Flexible check-in time when we requested for it since we were attending an event at Taguig Convention Center. Convenience store, bank, salon, restos and coffee shop are nearby.

I love this place it is a relaxing area if you want to getaway from the busy life of the city and most convenient way to access nearby malls and food trips

Sir Glenmore was so amazing from start to finish. Right when my booking was confirmed right up to the last second of it. Even when we were already downstairs and about to go. Place is what you see in photos - clean and very well prepared. What I loved the most about this is its location - almost near to places where people would usually go and it is very easy to find. Great place to have an intimate and chill place to hangout on a rooftop within the Metro. The jacuzzi was spot on and the staff attending to our needs is very helpful and polite. The utensils included needs upgrading such as the spoon and forks, and some grill items are missing (tongs and scissors). Overall, a fantastic place to stay and have fun! Definitely will recommend! we enjoy our stay in villa mina, hindi kami nahirapan hanapin, and maraming malapit na bilihan, malamig ang aircon, malanis ang place. the fee is worth it

The location is also great very accessible and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Ms. Girly was very accomodating of my requests, and the caretaker is approachable as well. Totoo nga lang ang comment na caretaker was way too early to come. If possible sana, around 15 minutes dumating kasi preparing pa usually kapag 30 minutes before. And not so walking distance to Bridgetowne but near if you have a vehicle. Overall a nice place. Seamless check-in process! I booked this place for a nearby fun run event, and we loved how conveniently walkable it is to the seaside, restaurants, and a convenience store. The space is clean, stylish, and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
