Very cozy villa. Clean, with a beautiful territory. The villa is located in the center of the island. All the attractions are 5-10 minutes away by bike. It's great that the owner provided 4 bicycles for free. There are also umbrellas, which are useful to us during the rain.

We had such a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend to anyone. The house was beautiful and the accommodations were lovely. The staff was warm and organized horse carriages to pick us up from the dock. Complementary bicycles were so great and they even helped to organize a smaller bicycle for my daughter the house is walking distanceor just a two or three minute bike ride to the beach. The island is incredibly small so it doesn’t really matter what side of the island you are on because the whole island is accessible by bicycle.

stayed there with a group of five ! the place was amazing such a relaxing spot !! the boys looking after the villa went above and beyond for us to make sure we had everything we needed has a been a fantastic stay would definitely go back !

If there could be a superlative of best of the best, I would use it here. Putri and Lina’s place is extremely amazing. I was with my infant daughter and we stayed for almost a month. Apart from all the surroundings and greens and amazing fruit garden, the way our daughter developed during this one month was extremely beautiful. Getting to swimming pool then playing with the pet dog and cats; getting used to the natural beauty. That’s the place where she finally took her first walking steps and hence now this place has become very very very special to us. At first we thought it will be like just another Airbnb, but when we got out it felt as if we are leaving our home. We are already planning for next year, so book it before we grab it all :) we cannot wait to back! Apart from that, Putri and team are super pro active, anything you need and a solution is always there. Internet works great, hence also super productive for remote workers as well. Looking forward to be back, eagerly :)

This Amed stay was absolutely wonderful. The villa is an oasis! It is in such a peaceful area with so many wonderful places to go eat and shop. The host was beyond helpful, kind, and friendly! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

De villa van Sasmita is echt fantastisch. De villa ligt goed gelegen tov Kuta, scooter is wel handig om te huren in deze omgeving maar lopen zou eventueel kunnen. De villa zelf is fantastisch. Mooie grote slaapkamers en een mooi zitgedeelte met keuken in het midden. Dus ook met twee stellen heb je echt meer dan genoeg privacy. Het zwembad buiten is ook heerlijk voor verkoeling voor en na een dag rond touren op de scooter. Op dit moment zijn er rondom de villa bouwwerkzaamheden bezig, maar los van wat geluid overdag heb je hier geen last van. De mensen in de nabije omgeving zijn ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven als ik naar Kuta zou gaan!!

Fantastisch huis in de buurt van Senggigi. Zeer ruime living en keuken. 2 grote slaapkamer mét badkamer. Leuke buitenruimtes waar je rustig kan zitten. Maar het meest fantastische is het zwembad, een volwaardig 25m bad in een prachtige tuin. Vanaf het huis ben je in 5 minuten met de taxi in Senggigi town en op een kwartiertje op het hele mooie Nipah strand. Er is iemand aanwezig of snel bereikbaar als je vragen of bezorgheden hebt. Topplaats die ik alleen maar kan aanbevelen.

The place is absolutely beautiful. The house is warm and cozy and feels like home. Soft lightning, warm decor, all the amenities that you could possibly need (and more), and about 02 dozen fishes to keep you company.. The outdoor garden area is perfect - lush green and a perfect reading / evening tea spot. Mark is very responsive and is available for any queries. If you are planning on a long stay, don't think much, go for it. It's a perfect nook.

We had a good time staying at the house. Located in the city, the house is close to local markets, malls, restaurants, parks, and is within roughly equal distance from the three areas of our main interest, namely: Sengigi/Bangsal, Kuta Mandalika, and Mount Rinjani. The neighborhood is quiet, despite proximity to a mosque, we weren't disturbed by the calls to pray. The house is located inside a gated, secured community, with considerate, quiet neighbors. We felt safe at all times. The house has a working kitchen, we cooked some meals there, it was pleasant. At a relatively lower price point, this house also has a good washing machine and places to hang wet laundry, a major plus for us. The host is very friendly, responsive, and is proactive in offering advice. Overall, we will not think twice about staying here again, provided that we are lucky enough to find it available.

The house was spotless, and Ruggero & Julia were incredibly helpful! Living right next door, they made everything easy — offering great local recommendations, arranging transportation, and even helping with a scooter rental. Highly recommend!

We, a family size 5, spent New Year’s Eve in Xavier & Kenzies Villa and would suggest you look no further. The pictures are a true, almost understated version of the villa. It is beautiful, clean, safe and superbly located close to the beach and two restaurants in walking distance distance. The secret sauce to this property is the experienced team that actually is running this effort: Kamal, Johan, Rizal… everyone is at the ready to make your stay as memorable and enjoyable as you like. English is not a problem at all, and you get the combined experience from all prior guests that go into making your stay an exceptional one. Sure, you can organize your own drivers and trips… but why would you when you have the benefit of their network of trusted providers, negotiated (real) rates? This came in handy on our surfing lessons and snorkeling trips in the rainy season: is the weather safe? Can we actually go? Etc. I recommend you give this villa a try - we loved our stay and will be back

En bord de mer, dans une cocoteraie, joli bungalow, spacieux, aéré, grande et splendide salle de bain semi-extérieure. Accès à une cuisine extérieure partagée avec l’hôte à 20m du logement. La mer est à 10 pas! Sur des kilomètres, une plage de sable noir, propice à la nage et au snorkeling, le doux ressac accompagne les jours et les nuits. Adrian, est l’hôte le plus extraordinaire que j’aie rencontré, il s’est montré très accueillant, disponible, il a donné de son temps sans réserve pour me faire connaître sa région, il m’a aidé à récupérer un objet oublié, il m’a offert des services et répondu à toutes mes demandes. Un bel endroit ainsi qu’une grande expérience de vie. Il faut juste savoir que dans l’île aux mille mosquées, l’une d’entre elles se trouve à portée d’oreille du bungalow, que l’appel à la prière a lieu à 4.30 am avec des hauts parleurs tous les jours. Personnellement j’ai adoré cette mélopée mélancolique. Durant le Ramadan, les prières durent des heures!Sommeil difficile

Wow wow wow! We loved our stay at this villa. Putu and all the staff went above and beyond. Our breakfast was amazing every day. No need to stress about what activities you would like to do whilst on the island Putu was excellent at arranging all this, from massages, sightseeing, snorkelling and meal options. Cold drinks available on arrival including Bintang at reasonable prices. We had the Villa driver pick us up from the boat, we sent a photo of ourselves which made it easy for them to find us as it can be busy at port. We would recommend doing the tourist drives early in the morning as there are less crowds. Kids also loved snorkelling along the coast in front of the Secret Penida restaurant, hire snorkelling gear for 50000rup. Best of all we just relaxed with family and friends and soaked up the sun and enjoyed the views from the pool and living area. Only thing I would note is that all bedrooms are accessed via stairs.

Best place to stay with a big family if you are going to West Lombok. Easy access, safe area, nearby local aminities, friendly and helpful staff. Can park 3 or 4 cars in front of the house. Have 24 hrs security & housekeeping.

We had such a lovely stay at Julian’s place! Beautiful home!! Gorgeous front yard and very private space. The mosquito nets around the beds were so good to have! Definitely recommend this home. Thanks so much! 😊

We had a gret stay here in between the hills. The location ist super quite, very inviting for private expieriences. Everything is well organized. Weekly a cleaning team shows up to clean the whole house. When something or another was questionable, Mr. Paul immediatly replied and offered instant support, help or whatever was needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would recommend you to stay.

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights. We loved the villa! It is beautiful - so clean and peaceful. It looked just the pictures. The staff is wonderful! They are so friendly and helpful and very responsive. We were able to use the beautiful pool. We were able to cook meals using the kitchen and the outdoor grill. The beds were comfortable. The linens were clean. The large bathrooms with the outdoor showers were amazing! Stephanie was responsive and helpful. We especially liked having Trisna to drive us around. The electricity went out briefly at night a coupke of times, but we noticed the neighbors lights were also off. That is to be expected in some countries. It was not an issue for us. There are tiny lizards and bugs that get into the villa, but that is to be expected. We enjoyed watching the lizards run around. We felt safe and were able to walk to the nearby Indomart. We used Grab a few times and never had any issues finding our way back to the villa

Staying with Ary & Lola was so so nice. The house was clean with beautiful garden and view. Everyone was helpful and friendly always smiling and making sure we have everything we need. The location was private surrounded by trees and hills yet so close to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend renting the house if you are searching for clean, stylish and cozy place to stay.

I can’t imagine there being a better place on the entire island to stay at. Sherri, Yuyun, and the entire staff were incredible and so accommodating. From setting up dinner reservations, having bikes/transportation ready for us, and putting together the best private boat day for incredible snorkeling, they did not fall short of perfection. 1000/10 recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a truly Majestical experience. The pool and entire outdoor area could not have been done better. Thank you so much for the stay, can’t wait to come back!

Booked this place as entire villa. Always done it the same way for my entire life on Airbnb. Villa is for 6 people anyway and you rent entire villa. However make sure you get to see real price when renting for 6 people. Unfortunately this host does charge extra per person. She ended up asking double the price for my stay. Place is nice. Location not great as it is in the middle of the island where you gotta go through dusty roads. Trust me the dust is in the air. Despite that you breath in, it also gets in your eyes, dirty shoes and feet Charlie is great, will help you get anything in the island, as him for help - great man! I will recommend getting hotel near the ocean instead of getting this villa. Pointless having kitchen as you won’t really be getting great glossary places. Restaurants only. You will get better deal with hotels Place is beautiful

This place is amazing! It's really well located but also quiet and tucked away near a small patch of jungle which has monkeys! I will be back 🙂
