Belle maison bien équipée et en bonne condition. Les lits sont confortables, mais nous n'avions pas de petit drap dans notre chambre (seulement une douillette et des draps pour recouvrir le matelas). La cour arrière avec la piscine est bien aménagée avec beaucoup de chaises et aussi des endroit à l'ombre. Le barbecue au charbon est fonctionnel et bien pratique. La piscine est chauffée, mais il faut payer un extra et malheureusement je n'étais pas au courant, sinon j'aurais payé l'extra, car l'eau était froide. Le quartier est sécuritaire, mais nous aurions aimé avoir un parc ou des endroits verts à proximité, sans avoir à prendre la voiture, pour marcher et pratiquer des sports. Plusieurs plages à proximité en voiture sont facilement accessibles (Pompano beach, Fort Lauderdale). Je recommande cette maison, car nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Christina’s place was absolutely lovely! The pool was perfect, and the backyard felt like a little oasis—so peaceful and relaxing. The interior was exactly as expected, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We loved the space! Ralph and Frank were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very accommodating! The whole place is wonderful, but the pool area is heaven! It is your own personal space and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect for our short stay! Comfortably accommodated our family of 8 and the location was great. Ezequiel was very responsive with any questions we had.

John was extremely responsive and provided very clear instructions for check in. Upon checking in we had some questions and needed him to take care of a few items. He was extremely proactive in responding and working out a solution for items that needed attention. The house is very roomy, kitchen is generously stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking pots, utensils,etc. The neighborhood is very friendly and we enjoyed some evening walks around the area. The Publix is nearby and we picked up groceries a few times during our stay. Pompano beach is 2.5 miles away and is a very family friendly beach with a fun vibe. We also did a couple of day trips to Miami with a commute time of approx 30-35 minutes into Miami. After all the lights and action of Miami , it was nice to come back and chill in front of the TV. Overall John is a very solution oriented host and responds very quickly to texts, phone calls and emails.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

The Unit is located 0.2 miles along a sidewalk to private neighborhood access to the beach with water/shower for rinsing off. The beach was pristine, private access only, for a minimum of 2 1/2 miles in either direction. The shared pool for the 8 units surrounding it was well kept with a table and chairs. Access to the backyard is only through the master bedroom so limited when there were sleepers in that room, but the pool area served as a nice alternative for sitting with morning coffee. There also wasn't a dining table for eating out in the backyard but there was a comfortable 2 person outdoor couch with 2 chairs and a coffee table. Jordan's unit was spotless and there were enough kitchen supplies for our group of 3. The master bed was high off the floor, which was challenging for my elderly parents with mobility impairments. A folding, one step stool, which we brought, addressed the issue. We would definitely stay there again!!

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.

Cozy home, really clean, nice deck/porch, in the house there is everything you need, nice location, and very safe.Derek was always online with me, and we would like to go there again.

Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

Marc's place was exactly what we hoped it would be and it exceeded our expectations. Everything matched the listing. Was extremely clean and looked like it had just been redone inside. The only thing was we weren't able to turn up the heat in the hot tub which was a fairly older model with weak jets. This wasn't a huge deal to us so it didn't affect our 5 star review!

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

Great stay me and my friends love the home. Host always responded when I need help the home was very beautiful, came with a lot of house holds things that we didn’t have to buy like pots pans seasonings etc. beds were comfy omg just loved it overall 10/10

We're so glad we decided to stay here and would love to come back again! 3 nights here were not long enough - the house is perfect for a family and there's so much to do in the area! Vilma was so welcoming when we arrived and she is the perfect host! The house had everything we needed (and more!) for our stay, and Vilma and Erasmo were quick to help whenever we had questions and to provide lots of recommendations of sights to see and places to eat. The beds are comfy, showers were hot and with good water pressure, and we really appreciated the extra special touches of things like muffins for our first breakfast there, coffee and creamers, water bottles, beach towels, baby crib and highchair, and even a cooler box for our day trips. Homestead was the perfect base for trips to Miami, the Florida Keys and the Everglades. We would highly recommend this house for both big and small groups alike. Great place! A lot of space and great for group travel!

I had such a great experience on my stay. I booked for my bachelorette. The pictures are beautiful but it can’t compare to actually walking into the home. Everything was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. They had cute bride to be floaties in the pool. I also booked massages for my bridesmaid and I and it was such a great experience. I would highly recommend! No complaints
