RMNP (30 Miles) - Scenic 11,796-ft. stop in Rocky Mountain National Park with a cafe, gift shop & dramatic views. Great drive. Bring a jacket! It gets cold at the top even in the middle of summer.
Phenomenal views from the top of the world around 12,000 feet above sea level with access via a superb paved road with outstanding photo stops along the way. Opens around spring and closes around fall.
Rocky Mountain National Park's Alpine Visitor Center is located at 11,796 feet above sea level at Fall River Pass, one mile west of the highest point on Trail Ridge Road and four miles east of the Continental Divide at Milner Pass.
