We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The host was fantastic very responsive and understanding, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The house itself was warm, comfortable, and felt like home. Our family absolutely loved it! It was kept to a high standard, spotless, and well-maintained. A very nice weekend in an old cottage with lots of character. We did not spend a lot of time in the cottage, however, the time we did spend was very comfortable with all that you require to make it feel like home. The host was great with communication and a welcome message that made everything nice and easy. Overall, a great place to stay if you want home comforts and a base from which to explore the south coast and stunning surrounding areas.

Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

We’ve had a super, sunny stay at Ice Cream Cottage. It’s a charming, welcoming space, with everything we needed for a weekend by the sea. Lots of thought has gone into making guests staying at the cottage feel comfortable. The location was perfect to explore Seaford and enjoy how close the cottage is to the sea. Laura was so helpful with local recommendations, and quick to respond. We hope to be back soon!
