We had a long 6hr drive and clay place was easy to find on the map. Julia had already sent code which was awesome because we were able to enter the house without any problems and clay was only a msg away if we needed anything. We were able to relax as soon as we arrived and it felt like we were right at home. The house is such a cozy peaceful house if you wanting to unwind and the beach was just a small walk away and we were lucky enough to see the sunset.

Andreas place was amazing. My Mum and her friends had a lovely time. It was peaceful and quiet, stunning location, classic kiwi bach. Lovely little details, and extras. Andrea was responsive and helpful. Thanks, we will definitely be back.

Love every time we stay in this beach bach! Such a great spot and sunsets are next level. Always grateful they allow our dogs to stay with us.

Very wonderful stay the kids loved the late night playing board games , comfy beds , very nice feeling. We also enjoyed our walk around the area/playgrounds so close to the beach access its beautiful. Thank you 😊

beautiful house, with garden and being very private with the front fence, entry by gate... we were in Naenae for a funeral, really appreciated to have the space to reflect and prepare ourselves for our last days with our sister/aunty/Nana.. Thankyou so Barbara for letting stay at St James..

My family and I had a great stay at Brenda’s property. It was in walkable distance to the beach and local cafes. It felt super homey and we made some great memories here.

A fabulous place for a family holiday - my kids loved playing in the flat yard and with the beach about a minute or two walk away, it was easy to get the kids into the water and back. Raumati South four square and cafes just over 5 minutes walk away. The bach itself was well equipped with basic supplies and Amy is a wonderful host - proactive communicator and extremely kind and helpful.

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The hosts have exquisite taste, the furniture and styling is unique, and makes this property feel like a home, and not some generic airbnb. The outdoor area is obviously a highlight, the pool got a lot of use, the kids absolutely loved it. Also the sauna was a real treat too. The indoor/outdoor flow was great, and created a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. The playground was just across the road, and the beach a 5 min walk. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be keen to return.

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

What a delightful find! Spacious, and perfect for evening arrival from ferry and a slow morning exploring the property with our dog. Excellent and friendly hosts - thanks Donna and Dean! We will definitely be back!

Vicki was super generous and allowed us a late check out for free. Beautiful home and wish we stayed another night to use the pool as it was such a beautiful day the next day! 10/10 recommend :)

David was very friendly and addressed all the things that I had asked about, his wife, Christine was also very helpful, especially with supply of fresh eggs and vegetables, and Molly the dog has to get a mention, she also was very friendly. I can't say too much about the location because I'm an xpat kiwi visiting friends and family, however if you like shops with lots of nik nakky things then Greytown is the ideal place to explore.

We always stay here when we come to Martinborough and Greytown. It's the perfect location and we feel very comfortable. The bedding is pristine and the decor is pleasing to the eye. Very stylish, immaculately clean amd comfortable....ticks All boxes! We stay here atleast 3 times every year! Love ❤️ this accommodation amd highly recommend 👌

The house was exactly how described! Beautiful big clean home and in the perfect location for what we were after. Check in was super easy and Lucy provided great instructions. Would stay here again

Really beautiful place to stay and just a few steps to the beach! So grateful to be able to take our dogs with us. Absolutely every thing you need and more. Modern furnishings and great art work. Our dogs went straight for the treats left for them and we were left some really yummy fresh bread and eggs, and cookies. Very clean and comfortable Thankyou!

Joy’s place is wonderful. It’s cosy and quiet and has a lovely garden area to relax in too which was very welcome after our long drive. It’s perfectly situated within walking distance to the town which has a really good range of restaurants and cafes and is pretty much right on the beach and only 5 mins to the Kapiti boat launch. We could only stay one night but we loved it and Joy is super helpful and responsive.

My family had a wonderful stay at Rachel’s place. This is the perfect spot if you have kids. The house was very clean and well set up. We didn’t want for anything. Rachel is a kind and responsive host. We would love to stay here again in future and really appreciate the effort put in by Rachel.

The place is totally beautiful and suitable for a nice getaway from a busy city life. It’s peaceful and plenty of outdoor chilling area. The interior is tastefully decorated with personal touches. And Dale is so lovely to communicate throughout and understanding of our sudden change of situation. It’s hard to find such lovely hosts in Airbnb sometimes, so we are lucky to have met her!

We had a lovely family weekend at Sandwalk. Beautiful location, great beach access - will definitely be back! Thanks for hosting us.

Catherine's place was a perfect base for us while working in Wellington and the Hutt Valley. A lovely peaceful, private setting, clean and comfortable. Appreciated the extra touches like plunger coffee! Catherine was great to deal with-very friendly and kind!
