Superbe maison, calme et bien desservie. Bruno est très sympathique et super réactif. La maison possède un jolie jardin pour un bain de soleil lorsque le temps s'y prête. Je n'ai pas pu en profiter car le temps était capricieux. Je recommande la maison de Bruno! Foncé! P.S: Son chat Oscar, une perle :)

Het was prima vertoeven in het huisje van Fiona en haar gezin. Alles was erg proper, bedden mooi opgemaakt en Fiona had zelfs aan een verfrissing gedacht om ons te verwelkomen. We waren met 6 personen, waarvoor dit de perfecte accommodatie was. Als we nog eens nood hebben aan een overnachting in de buurt komen we zeker terug!

Bon séjour dans un quartier calme, tout était parfait. Seul bémol obligé de payer le parking dans la rue. Dommage qu'on ne nous est pas proposer de rentrer la voiture dans la cour.

Zeer fijne ruime locatie. Goed gelegen vlakbij station, supermarkt en andere faciliteiten. Parkeren voor de deur. Prima bedden en huis was netjes. Nog wel veel klusjes om het netjes te maken in het huis, klemmende deuren en klein straaltje heet water boven. Al met al een prima locatie voor als je naar Disneyland en Parijs zelf gaat met een groot gezin.

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Hôte très accueillant et réactif pour la moindre question. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement où nous venions avec un groupe d'amis pour nous retrouver en région parisienne.

This is a great house and Slawek is a great host! There were five of us and we were comfortably accommodated, but the bunk bed in the children's room is designed for small children) The house is very comfortable wooden. It's easy to breathe in it. Very comfortable pillows. There are a lot of household appliances in the house. Everything is of very high quality. The house is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree and the present from Slawek were a great addition to our wonderful mood!

La maison est très agréable, très propre. Le quartier est calme, tout est accessible facilement (métro, tram, commerces, restaurants). Olivia répond rapidement aux messages malgré le décalage horaire. Excellent séjour !

Appartement chaleureux, typique de l'architecture hausmanienne. Très bien situé près de la gare du nord et des transports en commun. Nombreux commerces de proximité aux alentours. Nous avons passé un we en famille (2 parents et 4 jeunes adultes). Nous avons apprécié ce logement spacieux disposant de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. L'appartement correspondait tout à fait à la description.

Super environnement pour découvrir, séjourner à Paris. La facilité des échanges avec Thibault, nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise. Parmi les nombreux points positifs il y a le parking à proximité (avec une vue époustouflante!), le métro en bas de l’appartement, le dynamisme du quartier et le calme de la résidence. Super séjour à Paris !

The apartment was perfect for us as a family of four. The bedrooms are small but the beds are super comfy and it’s really quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is really well equipped so we could easily make nice breakfasts. Location wise it was perfect for walking to nice restaurants and central parts of the city. Patricia was the perfect host replying to any queries almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again if in Paris.

A very cosy & comfortable apartment in Paris. Idea for families with young children. A walk to everything ! Great cafe’s & restaurants on your doorstep.

L'appartement d'Éric est idéalement placé pour découvrir Paris. De nombreux commerces autour de son appartement sont un réel atout. Éric est un hôte très accueillant et très amical. Nous recommandons vivement son appartement que nous plaçons dans le top 3 des appartement parisiens dans lesquels nous avons séjourné.

Anne-Laure was a wonderful host! She honestly became a friend during my stay. Stunning and clean place, that truly felt like a home. Whenever I had any questions, Anne-Laure was there to respond! She was so accommodating and covered all bases of my stay. She even found alternative stay for her cat because I’m allergic 🥲. I can’t wait to stay again and would urge everyone to as well! Adoramos nossa estadia em Paris e ficar no apartamento de Sandro foi um diferencial. Perto de bons restaurantes, metrô , Pantheon, Arena, entre outras atrações e fácil de ir a pé ou de metrô por todos os lados de Paris. O apartamento dispõe dos itens essenciais para uma boa estadia e para poder fazer as refeições em casa. Silencioso, e ótimo para abrigar uma pequena família. Ficaremos novamente e recomendamos.

Nic's place is great, the house is very close to the station. Inside is very clean and you will have everthing you need. the most complete ammenities you can imagine. Last Nic is a very warm and have quick response guy, he were willing to help and have a really quick response. I will recommend everyone to stay at Nic's place. We were a family of 7 people. Grandparents, parents and 3 boys ages 9, 7 and 4. The house was perfect for us. There were two large bedrooms with bathroom with showers and a smaller room with bunk beds and a trundle. The beds and furniture in the livingroom was comfortable. My husband has a bad back so we worry about beds - no worries here. The location was great. We could walk to the Seine and to restaurants but we were in a neighborhood that was a bit quieter. The subway was on the block of the house and we often used the subway. The house was a wonderful refuge to rest and refresh for another day of exploration. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few times we ate at home. The neighborhood had good boulangeries close by so had fresh bread and great French butter everyday. Wonderful place to stay and an attentive host. We shall return........
