Mein Mann und ich mieten jedes Jahr das Appartement bei Danijela. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Es ist genauso wie beschrieben. Für uns ist es auch wichtig vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Altstadt und vieles mehr kann man von dort aus gut erreichen. Danijela ist eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin und wir empfehlen sie auf jeden Fall weiter! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und bis nächstes Jahr.

Sve preporuke za ovaj smjestaj,sve je bilo uredno i cisto,toplo,funkcionalno. Zahvalio bih se Senki i Njenom suprugu Bogdanu na gostoprinstvu sto su nas ugostili,bas divni ljudi, kakvih malo danas ima! Lokacija je odlicna,znaci sve najbolje,sigurno cu se opet vratiti.

Thanks for all Jovan! House is cozy and perfectly matched with description. Lovely view from balcony was great addition for our stay. Flat was clean and bed was comfortable for my back. Jovan is a polite and nice host, he made our stay easy and comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The location is great, there are shops nearby and it takes 10 minutes tops to walk to the sea. Marijana is always ready to help! I messaged her several times and she helped us.

Отличные апартаменты, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Рядом с набережной и пляжами. Магазины в 3-5 минутах ходьбы. Приятные хозяева, готовые оказать помощь в любых вопросах. Единственный недостаток, для тех кто любит тишину, громкая музыка с набережной до часу ночи, лично мне это не мешало.

La casa bien en general. Solo tener en cuenta que da a la carretera y es incómodo bajar a la playa porque no hay pasos de cebra en algunos tramos. Pero tiene unas vistas espectaculares y por eso mereció la pena.

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

A comfortable stay in a quiet area of Herceg Novi overlooking the sea. The interior corresponds exactly to the photos. The accommodation is close to a well-stocked supermarket and a local bakery. It is about a 15-minute walk to the sea. Nenad and his partner were very warm and welcoming and easy to contact throughout the stay. It was initially difficult to find the flat, but Nenad and his partner responded quickly and gave helpful instructions. They were also kind to provide us with a car parking space directly in front of the flat. It would be important to mention here that there is only air conditioning available in the living room area. We had a great time and can recommend this flat!

beautiful view! the house has everything you need. for 8-9 adult people the inside place is maybe a little to small, but for the cheap price: perfect! the communication with Sladjana and Ivana was great. thank you :)

My parents stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive. Everything went smoothly, and they really enjoyed their time there. Highly recommend!

Апартаменты расположены идеально,очень удобно если у Вас маленькие дети.Пляж достаточно чистый,мелкая галька+бетон.Рядом достаточное количество кафе и ресторанчиков.В 300 м всегда можно купить свежие мидии(2евро 1 кг).Продукты покупали в соседнем поселке Зеленика(есть большой супермаркет).Отдыхом остались довольны.Это место для спокойного,неспешного времяпровождения.Все достопримечательности тоже рядом(Херцег-Нови,Котор,Будва,г.Ловчен и т.п)

The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. Dragana und ihre Familie sind sehr liebevoll. Die Kommunikation war reaktionsschnell und wir konnten sogar sehr spät am Abend einchecken. Das Apartment liegt im obersten (2.) Stock in einem Familien-Haus. Es ist geräumig und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Von der ruhigen Gegend und dem wunderbaren Ausblick in alle Richtungen waren wir verzaubert. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Very nice place with a sweet host! Everything was perfect. There is everything you need on the street in front of the apartment and easy access to good restaurants and the old town. Communication was good and easy 👍🏻

The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach and restaurants were within easy walking distance and the back terrace was a beautiful place to sit in the evening. Ivana was very helpful we had no trouble finding the place and were welcomed with coffee, a bottle of wine and cold rakija. Great value for money and would definitely stay again

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!
