Great location for easy access to everything in Sliema, literally minutes walk from the sea front, restaurants and shops. 5 minute walk to the ferry to Valletta also! Although taxi is as fast and cheap. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable, we really enjoyed the stay. Chris was super communicative and responsive throughout. Highly recommend this for your next Malta trip.

Christos is a great host, his tips were very helpful. The videos describing access to the flat, for example, were also great. The flat was exactly as described, well equipped and tastefully furnished. And the view of the bay is simply magnificent. We also found the village of Kiveri itself very nice, the people there were all very friendly. The food in the tavernas and restaurants is very authentic. We can definitely recommend the Vrachos Kanari fish restaurant at the harbour and the Pournari taverna in the centre of the village.

Howard was a great host! Location was perfect, space was clean, had everything we needed and wow the view was a huge plus! Would definitely recommend

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Sotogrande is a lovely area of Spain with an international community and a fun night life. There is also lots to do in the surrounding area. We went to Tarifa, Gibraltar and Granada, to name a few. Luis was a gracious host; always quick to respond and ready to help. We loved his big black book with helpful tips, instructions and recommendations. Would surely stay there again! Thanks, Luis!

Recomendable 100% Precioso apartamento decorado con un gusto exquisito , baño limpio impecable , cocina y resto del apartamento reluciente . Sábanas y toallas maravillosas . La zona estupenda y la anfitriona un amor , pendiente de mi llegada y en todo momento localizable . Así da gusto! :)

Muy bonito departamento. Fácil de llegar. Estuvimos en temporada baja y pudimos estacionarnos en la calle. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. La cocina de planta abierta junto al comedor es grande y nueva. La nevera es grande y está limpia. El balcón a la calle tiene una hermosa vista al mar (pero puede ser ruidoso con una puerta abierta). Hay un patio tranquilo en la parte trasera de la casa y un potente aire acondicionado. El pequeño supermercado al otro lado de la calle tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy recomendable.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans l'appartement de Nihel. Il est spacieux, confortable et propre. Il dispose de tout ce qu’on pourrait avoir besoin pour un séjour y compris les petits détails pratiques. Nihel est très communicative et disponible. Elle s'est assurée que notre arrivée et notre départ soient simples et rapides, sans oublier la super vue sur la mer directement depuis le canapé ! Nous reviendrons certainement chez elle lors de notre prochain passage !

Such a great spot! The place itself is beautiful and very large so it easily fit out whole group. It’s also very convenient, walking distance to a lot of places. Would definitely recommend staying here if you venturing to Malta!

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen, direkt am Strand. Man bekommt einige neidische Blicke zugeworfen aber das war für uns in der Nebensaison total okay. Sogar Surfen konnten wir vor der Haustür was die Lage natürlich einmalig macht. Die Unterkunft selbst war ordentlich und hatte wirklich alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Vom Toaster bis zur großen Salatschüssel und Mülltüten war alles da. Das Bad sah neu renoviert aus und das Schlafzimmer sowie die Klappbetten im Wohnzimmer waren gemütlich. Wir haben uns zu viert wohl gefühlt. Der Kamin macht ein nettes Ambiente, wenn er auch nicht ausreicht um das ganze Zimmer aufzuwärmen. Das haben aber die Elektroheizungen übernommen. Es gibt genügen Terassenmöbel, so dass man ohne Probleme auch draussen Essen kann. Leider gab es nichts um die Neoprenanzüge einfach aufzuhängen, aber das hat uns dann auch nicht weiter gestört. La ubicación del apartamento era increíble, las vistas son muy bonitas y el apartamento estaba muy limpio y cuidaba todos los detalles. La comunicación con Monika fue muy bien y la estancia en general también, sin duda repetiría!

Fantastic property over looking the beach and looked exactly like photos. Very modern and great space. Great restaurant tips and always replied to messages very quickly. Easy check in. Restaurants a few minutes away and parking at the front. We loved the property and location. There is a bar very close by which was very noisy on a Friday and Saturday night until 2am ish ( even with ear plugs in) rest of the week is great. There was also a security camera on the lower 2 floors which was slightly off putting but none in the bathrooms or bedrooms. Really enjoyed our stay

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la charmante maisonnette de bord de mer de Maria. Maria est une hôte soucieuse de bien accueillir les voyageurs (petites attentions à l'entrée) et elle répond très rapidement aux messages. L'environnement est top : vue mer, promenade le long de la plage très agréable. Commerces et cafés/ restaurants à proximité. Les places de stationnement sont plus difficiles à trouver le weekend en raison d'une plus grande fréquentation. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un excellent séjour : nous recommandons vivement ce logement et Maria ;-)

La casa de Asa es un gran lugar para unas vacaciones familiares, es muy cómoda, ubicada en un complejo tranquilo con una hermosa piscina y muy cerca (a poca distancia) de una hermosa playa. Los niños disfrutaron de la casa mucho, ya que también tenía un pequeño parque infantil al lado de la casa. Había otras dos áreas también a poca distancia a pie con restaurantes y otras playas. Con todo, es muy recomendable. Gracias por la hermosa visita. 🤍

Excellent spot for some peace and quiet. The host was incredibly helpful, welcoming and responsive. He provided a great platter of fruit, raki and some homemade (by his mother) baked treats. The house was spotless. There are 2 locals taverns, one a 5 min walk and the other a 20 minute walk away. Would come here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in a stunning location. The accommodation is beautiful, really clean and exactly like the photos. The views from the balcony are lovely. Added bonus that there's also a balcony in the kitchen at the other end of the apartment so you can catch the sun on both sides as it moves. Quiet, peaceful location close to the marina. Friendly host. Highly recommend and would visit again

Great location on the sea front in Sliema overlooking Valletta. We watched the New Year fireworks display from the balcony of the apartment. Loved the balcony - enjoyed the views with my coffee every morning. Couldn't have asked for more. Clean apartment easily accommodate four persons in two bedrooms. Kitchen was clean and all amenities were provided. Host had thoughtfully kept some milk, coffee/ tea, water, Kinnie and cookies for us since we arrived late evening. An Eurospar is within walking distance for provisons. Many dining options nearby too. I would highly recommend the place. Would surely visit again.

Georgio was proactive in check in instructions and provided local restaurant recommendations. He also provided activity recommendations when we asked for advice. Very responsive and courteous!

Great place. Clean, spacious and close to everything. Hosts were prompt and friendly. Our family of 6 really enjoyed this space and all of beautiful Malta! Hope to be back soon.
