Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con home theater en Seine-Saint-Denis

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Sébastien et Elise ! Le logement est très lumineux, avec un design moderne et soigné, il offre un cadre de vie agréable et chaleureux. La proximité du métro est un vrai plus pour se déplacer facilement dans Paris. Le logement est à 10 minutes à pied du Canal St Martin et du Canal de l'Ourcq, parfaits pour se balader ou se détendre. Les halles Pajol, plus haut dans la rue, étant pratiques pour boire un verre ou manger. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un logement confortable et bien situé !

Apartment is exactly as described: spacious, clean, practical and within walking distance to all useful amenities. Perfect location to get into the centre of Paris quickly. Isabelle was very friendly and even went out of her way to welcome us into the flat because of our late arrival. We absolutely loved our stay at Isabelle's place and will definitely contact her again if/when we come back to Chelles. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Florian’s apartment! It’s a beautiful space, exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The instructions Florian gave us on how to check in etc were very detailed and on point, plus he would check in on us to make sure everything was ok. Overall, it was a great stay and Florian is an amazing host. Would definitely recommend! :)

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

Our host (we were in communications with Philippe) was very friendly and always responsive whenever we had any questions, prior to the stay as well as during. Instructions given to check in was very clear & seamless. The apartment was well stocked from kitchen utensils and cooking needs, to the toilet being provided with amenities (even for baby!). Wifi was very fast. We loved the cozy apartment and it was just nice for us (2 adults & 1 toddler). Very safe for the little one to run around. Lift leading up to the apartment was quite small but it wasn’t a problem as we just made a few trips for all the luggages (stroller has to be folded) Location is very easy to get an uber, and walkable to the Eiffel tower. Plenty of eateries around if you don’t want to cook, and a proper supermarket just across if you do want to cook (has baby needs as well!) The apartment was just as shown in the pictures - beautiful and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Fue un placer alojarse en la hermosa casa de Josefa, ¡el refugio perfecto para volver a casa después de un largo día explorando los lugares de interés de París! Nos encantó alojarnos en Montreuil, al ser de Londres nos reconfortó que nos hospedáramos en un vecindario multiculturalmente diverso. Nos sentimos seguros durante todo el tiempo que pasamos aquí. La casa está bien aislada del ruido y el aire acondicionado nos mantuvo constantemente cómodos siempre que lo necesitábamos. Nuestra familia la pasó de maravilla aquí, y creamos recuerdos y lazos duraderos. ¡Esperamos volver pronto! ¡Gracias, Josefa!

Lugar encantador. Como se describe. Pocos puntos a tener en cuenta: la mesa de billar era difícil de jugar, ya que la habitación era demasiado pequeña; aunque se duplicó como mesa de comedor. Las escaleras son muy empinadas, así que cuídate.

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Un studio situé dans une cour sécurisée, ce qui est très appréciable. On trouve des places de stationnement gratuites dans les rues alentours. Il y a du wifi correct. Le studio est entièrement équipé, il ne manque rien. J'y ai passé une semaine de travail parfaite, j'ai pu me reposer de mes journées et attaquer les suivantes en forme. Je recommande chaudement ce gîte. Merci à Caroline & son mari.

Estancia perfecta, la casa está limpia y bien equipada/amueblada, se ajusta a la descripción. El sistema de cine en casa es de primera, el jardín exterior es genial. La capacidad de respuesta a nuestras preguntas nos sirvió bien a nuestra llegada. Volveremos con mucho gusto durante nuestros viajes a París. Punto de mejora: calidad de las almohadas y ausencia de canales Tv (TNT)

Alojamiento muy recomendable, el anfitrión fue amable y comunicativo, el alojamiento estaba totalmente equipado, había un calentador, un deshumidificador, una lavadora-secadora y una máquina para toallas calientes, ¡era cómodo vivir!

Grégory was very proactive in communicating directions and helped us in person to check-in, so getting there was very easy. As a lot of reviews mentioned, the place was even better than the pictures, the Eiffel Tower view was beautiful, flat was spacious, warm and cozy and we really enjoyed spending time there after sightseeing in the cold. All electric appliances are high quality and very comfortable stay. Grégory also helped us keep our luggage after check out too, overall a great stay, would love to come back!

Le logement de Yasmina est parfait pour un séjour à Paris à moins de 10mn du métro et un arrêt de bus se trouve devant l’appartement. Yasmina est très accueillante et très sympathique . Je recommande fortement. Merci pour tout .

虽然我们与Nico的沟通不太多，但他为我们找到一个当地的华人。这让我们后面几天的出行带来了极大的帮助。刚开始我们有点担心公共交通的安全问题，但当我们适应之后。发觉Nico的家出行非常方便，到那些著名的景点通常只需2o一30多分钟。Nico的家非常古老有一百多年的历史了，但家的设施设备都非常好用。他的地图非常实用。你可以清楚的查到你想去的景点该怎么坐车。他提供了洗衣机，这让我们非常方便。退房也很简单。总之我行在Nico家度过了愉快的假期，等我下次来，我还是会选择他的家。
